The question is, “How to Create a Healthy Home Environment?” Are you the kind of person who wants to keep everything in its place or are you the kind of person who needs to leave things alone?
There is no exact way to create a healthy home. I know for sure that neither one of us will ever be able to completely live in our own homes without furniture. What I will do is offer some suggestions that will help you create a healthy environment in your home.
For starters, you need to create space. That means keeping your items out of sight and those that are truly necessary on display. You don’t want to clutter that will be a distraction. It’s a quick fix but it’s not going to give you satisfaction.
Shelving is a great way to add an appealing focal point to your home. This can be both for decorative purposes and storage. Having just one large piece of shelving is a good choice as it is aesthetically pleasing but if you have multiple pieces that compliment each other, you have a natural environment that helps create a conducive atmosphere.
If you have light air and more light in the house, then you can be less susceptible to dust and pollen. Air quality is vital to your health. Protect yourself by getting good air purifiers. This is one easy way to fight dust. It is also a very affordable way to make a difference in your health.
Keep all of your shoes away from your bed, tables, or counters. Use shoe bins for shoes that will get dusty or broken easily.
Another great idea is to line up all of your bathroom sink and water dispenser so that you don’t need to walk to find the clean ones. It will help to be able to get in and out as quickly as possible.
